1. Each accepted paper (main conference paper, special session paper and demo paper) at MMM2016 must be covered by at least one registration at Full Registration rate before or on 4th Dec. 2015. There will be a special discount if the registration could be finished before 24th Oct. 2015.
2. Only the covered papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
3. One of the authors (or a qualified substitute) must present the paper/demo at the conference in order to avoid automatic withdrawal of the paper/demo from the conference.
4. Each Full Registration fee can cover only ONE accepted paper in MMM2016. Each accepted paper can be either:
      1.  An accepted MMM2016 main conference paper (12 pages in Springer LNCS format)
      2.  An accepted MMM2016 special session paper (12 pages in Springer LNCS format)
      3.  An accepted MMM2016 demo paper (6 pages in Springer LNCS format) or
      4.  An accepted MMM2016 Video Search Showcase paper (6 pages in Springer LNCS format)
   NOTE:  If the number of pages is more than above rule, each extra page will be charged USD 50.
5. Each full registration will cover a USB of MMM2016 proceedings including ALL accepted papers for the main conference, special sessions, demonstration and Video Search Showcase, accessing all conference programs, welcome reception, morning teas, afternoon teas. But Lunch and dinner are NOT covered.
6. Each student registration will cover ONE MMM2016 proceedings USB, accessing all conference programs, and welcome reception, morning teas, afternoon teas, but will NOT cover conference paper. For the students who want to cover a paper MUST register at the FULL registration fee. Lunch and dinner are also NOT covered.
7. After your payment, please email your registration form Download and the summarized transfer voucher to mmm2016.chair@outlook.com in order to check.
8. Refund policy: Before Dec 4th, the registration could be canceled and the registration fee is refundable per request, while USD $250 will be charged for upfront expenses. After Dec 4th, no refundable will be granted.
